Summer Table Football Tournament to be held at Lagoa
The picturesque city of Portimão in the Algarve, Portugal, is set to host its first official ITSF500 event from August 21 to August 25, 2025. Known for its stunning coastal scenery, Portimão will welcome some of the best table soccer (foosball) players from around the globe.
Organised by the Portuguese Table Football and Table Football Federation (PTSF), the event promises to be a spectacle, attracting top-ranked ITSF players such as Tony Spredeman (USA), Frederic Collignon (Belgium), Billy Pappas (USA), Igor Turek (Germany), and Francesco Serraino (Italy). The tournament will feature 14 Leonarth tables, renowned for their quality on the international circuit. The event offers maximum national points (ITSF500, the second-highest points tier) and is supported by the Municipality of Lagoa, the Parish Council of Estômbar and Parchal, and the Algarve Table Football Association (AMFMA).
The schedule for the event includes the Open Singles, Women's Singles, Junior Singles, and Senior Singles matches on July 26 at 9:30 AM. The Open Doubles, Women's Doubles, Junior Doubles, and Senior Doubles matches will take place on July 27 at 9:30 AM, followed by the Open Mixed & Classic Open Doubles match at 3:00 PM.
