Get ready to dance, sway, and go wild as this year's summer festival in Autostadt Wolfsburg kicks off! With the motto "Nip, sway, go wild," the park is set to celebrate 70 years of rock 'n' roll and Bill Haley's 100th birthday on July 30th.
Wanna know the cherry on top? Bill Haley's Comets will grace the lagoon stage, taking us on a musical journey through the legend's life and illustrious career milestones. And guess who's joining the party? None other than Peter Kraus, the first and most successful German rock 'n' roller, will pay tribute to Bill's 100th birthday by performing their favorite clasHEYCHES together!
Bill Haley's original guitarist, Bill Turner, and Pete Davenport, the original steel guitarist of the Comets, will also be joining the party! Since 1985, Bill Haley's Comets have been keeping Bill's music alive in its pure, 1950s style, with original instrumentation, fantastic stage outfits, and straight-up American entertainment.
