Airports have also been affected, with Vnukovo Airport in Moscow and Pulkovo Airport in St. Petersburg temporarily restricting flights due to drone threats.
Local authorities are providing updates and coordinating responses to incidents involving residential damage and civilian casualties. Russian air defense forces remain active and have successfully intercepted a majority of the incoming drones, mitigating further damage. Emergency services have been promptly engaged, treating injured civilians on-site or in hospitals.
