The surge in traffic will see busy terminals and longer queues, particularly on peak travel days.
The busiest day is set to be August 1, with more than 270 takeoffs and landings scheduled. Expedia has ramped up services to meet demand, with Istanbul, Antalya, and Palma de Mallorca ranking as the top destinations. Each of these routes will see over 400 flights during the holiday period.
