Actor and stunt performer Ed Gale, famed for his roles in Child's Play as Chucky and Howard the Duck, passed away at the age of 61 on Tuesday while receiving hospice care in Los Angeles. The news was first reported by TMZ, with Gale's niece, Kayse Gale, confirming the tragic death in a heartfelt tribute on Facebook.
