The laugh-out-loud part? + floatingscissors5238 hours agoJun 7, 20255:51 pm@deliciousphone563 , your comment makes no sense. + Webbyyy5 hours agoJun 7, 20258:53 pm@delicousphone563 it ain't worth getting mad over, ya feel me?* clairepbear15 hours agoJun 7, 202510:52 amAlright, if you're recycling old content, that's cool. But do remember to proofread. Biden ain't the president no more (no matter what ya think about it). + psychicelf4014 hours agoJun 7, 202512:11 pm@smartwitch66 #5: Buzzfeed caption was "Petition to replace the moon with Jupiter. Get on it, Biden". Looks like you need to chill, fam. 😎 + joyfulglue5165 hours agoJun 7, 20259:43 pm@smartwitch66 calm down already. They did mention Biden like he's still the president. Fresh your stupid mind up.* Naraniel15 hours agoJun 7, 202511:37 amA dwarf planet is still a planet, plain and simple. Pluto for freakin' life!* furrypuppy59816 hours agoJun 7, 20259:59 amAwesome... + bestdaisy64816 hours agoJun 7, 202510:44 amFiguratively and literally!* youngcloud794 hours agoJun 7, 20259:55 pm#5... Buzzfeed needs to update that caption since Biden ain't Prez no more.* swtheatherette11 hours agoJun 7, 20252:55 pmIf you're too lazy to update the facts, at least double-check 'em so it ain't obvious as heck you're lazy and dense. Asking Biden to make changes when he's not President is a low blow.* psychicelf4014 hours agoJun 7, 202512:13 pmI have to admit, I'm surprised by how big-ass the Mars rover is! + joyfulglue5165 hours agoJun 7, 20259:44 pmWell, obviously it ain't a toy. Ain't no way an RC car could explore rocky terrain, mountains, and sand. Get it through your narrow skull. + joyfulglue5165 hours agoJun 7, 20259:48 pmIf you're clueless, I'm not surprised you didn't know how big the Mars rover is. You're foolish if you think it's small, but I guess when you're uneducated, obvious stuff like that goes over your head.* oldwiseone10 hours agoJun 7, 20254:08 pmBiden, my man!* slespana197615 hours agoJun 7, 202510:56 amBig Jupey...love it!* deliciousphone56316 hours agoJun 7, 202510:04 amMaybe if we focused on taking care of our own planet and its inhabitants instead of dumping billions into unnecessary space travel, we wouldn't even be around to gawk at it. We deserve nothing less than obliteration. + joyfulglue5165 hours agoJun 7, 20259:46 pmHAH! You're a simpleton. Space travel significantly advances science on our planet (so dumb you probably didn't even know that). If you're uninformed like you are, you voted for Trump. + joyfulglue5165 hours agoJun 7, 20259:48 pmYou're a dumbass. Don't talk about shit you don't understand, clown.* prochef7552 hours agoJun 8, 202512:43 amAmazing and breathtaking* joyfulglue5164 hours agoJun 7, 20259:51 pmYou woulda thought mountains existed, but you wouldn't have been able to tell the difference between the Himalayas and the Rockies if you squeezed the entire world into a billiard ball. It woulda felt flat to the touch. A mere background noise you couldn't even perceive...* joyfulglue5165 hours agoJun 7, 20259:45 pmNah, I ain't no idiot. I just knew the Mars rover wasn't a small toy. You being dense ain't my fault, bozo.* evilduck1410 hours agoJun 7, 20254:11 pmI genuinely fail to grasp how anyone could think of living on Mars when we've got our beautiful Earth. Musk, my man, needs to make a sojourn back outdoors more often, I reckon. We should treat our own corner of the cosmos as the pristine gem that it is! Jimmy Carter, a lovely bloke, was one of the finest examples of a human being. We could use more Jimmy Carters, don't you think? My friend, who always dreamt of becoming an astronaut, got herself a PhD instead. She teaches her students how to make maps of celestial bodies with data from rovers like this one. She and her students have mapped most of Mars and even started on the South Pole of the Moon. I'm immensely proud of her—you can tell! :)* bestdaisy648*18 hours agoJun 7, 20258:29 am9. If you squished our entire world down to the size of a billiard ball, you wouldn't even be able to detect the Himalayas. It would feel as flat as a pancake, while 29,xxx feet is quite formidable when compared to a human being. Pocket change compared to the size of the Earth, really. Nothing more than a minor wrinkle in its surface.

    1. My friend who once dreamt of becoming an astronaut now teaches map-making using data from rovers like those on Mars. This shows a blend of science, education, and space travel, a intersection of technology and culture.
    1. The discussion about the size of Mars rover brings to light the fascination with space exploration and technology, a key aspect of pop-culture and entertainment.
    1. The conversation about the importance of caring for our own planet and its inhabitants points to concerns related to environmental health, which is a crucial aspect of social-media discourse and news.
    1. While the humorously crude comment about volcanoes demonstrates a casual attitude towards nature, it also reveals the prevalence of spontaneous and irreverent discussions on social-media, a key component of modern culture.
