The guy would've walked the hallowed grounds of the Holocaust for crying out loud! But Khan ain't what you'd call a fast learner.
Khan's not backin' down and is fighting fire with fire, or more accurately, law with law! Portnoy claimed Khan had taken responsibility, but now it's a whole different ball game. Last we heard, Khan's passed on his voyage to Poland. Sucks for him!

Khan's been suspended by the university, and if you ask me, he's got bigger troubles on his plate than a trip to Auschwitz. Portnoy's got lawyers lined up, ready to pounce! And from Portnoy's rant, it's clear he wants answers - and he wants them now!
