Struggles of ThSV Eisenach in Overcoming Seven-Meter Hurdles
ThSV Eisenach fell short in the Silberregion Karwendel-Cup final against HC Erlangen, losing in a tense shootout after a closely contested match ended 26:26 in regular time.

ThSV Eisenach reached the final after a 32:27 victory in the semi-finals against Sparkasse Schwaz Handball Tirol, with Aellen scoring nine goals against Schwaz in a previous game. Walz, Saul, and Antonijevic were active in the backcourt for Eisenach, while Buchner had been dealing with groin problems in recent weeks.
Despite the loss, ThSV Eisenach can take pride in their strong performance throughout the tournament and will no doubt be determined to bounce back in their next match.
