- 1 packet Corned Beef, cooled, drained, and thoroughly rinsed; fat removed and cubed
- Giant Pizza Dough (from a can)
- 1 can Sauerkraut, drained
- 1/2 pound Swiss Cheese (225g), grated
- 1/2 pound American Cheese (225g), grated
- Spicy Brown Mustard
- 1 egg
- Coriander Seeds

Preparation:
