Striker Rayan from the football team unavailable for AFC Asian Cup qualifier
Football Setback for Pakistan: Rayan Mohammad Out due to Injury
(Sigh, don't get me started on this footy fiasco!)
The Pakistan men's football team is facing a tough blow after the injury of their talented striker, Rayan Mohammad. The young gun, part of Dundee Football Club in Scotland, had to withdraw from the squad due to a hamstring injury sustained during training. This unfortunate turn of events comes before the AFC Asian Cup qualifier match against Myanmar.
Rayan, who was making his first international appearance for his country, was previously hailed as a promising prospect. But now, his international debut has been delayed as he heads back to Scotland to heal from his injury. As a side note, he even shared a photo of his injured leg on his social media story.
With Rayan out, the upcoming match against Myanmar will proceed without the eager striker. As of now, there seems to be no official replacement for Rayan in the squad[1][2][3]. The team will make do with the available players under the watchful eye of head coach Stephen Constantine.
The Pakistan squad is currently training for the upcoming fixture, which they're scheduled to leave for on June 7. The green shirts, grouped with Myanmar, Afghanistan, and Syria, will play their second AFC Asian Qualifier match. Earlier, they experienced a 2-0 defeat against Syria in the campaign opener in March.
The PFF had already announced a 27-member provisional squad for the match last week, featuring players like Denmark-based forward Ali Hayder Shah and Scotland-based winger Ryan Mohammad. However, some notable members such as Mohammad Saddam, Imran Kayani, Easah Suliman, and Otis Khan are missing from the list[3].
Meanwhile, defender Mohibullah has made a return to the national team[1]. The provisional squad includes three goalkeepers, Yusuf Butt, Saqib Hanif, and Hasan Ali[2]. The defensive lineup consists of Mamoon Moosa, Mohammad Fazal, Waqar Ahsan, Abdul Rehman, and Umar Hayat, among others[2]. Adeel Younas, McKeal Abdullah, Mohammad Waheed, Shayak Dost, and Ali Hayder round up the forward line[2].
Now, let's see if the remaining players can rise to the occasion and ensure a better result in the next match! #ForTheGreenShirts 🇵🇰🏆

Despite the injury setback suffered by Rayan Mohammad, the Pakistan men's football team continues their preparations for the AFC Asian Cup qualifier against Myanmar. Unfortunately, without Rayan's sports-analysis and goal-scoring abilities, the team will need to rely on other players for a strong performance in sports.
