Ready for some mouthwatering combat, folks? Sean "Tarzan" Strickland, our erstwhile UFC middleweight champ, has extended a fight invite to Belal Muhammad - the ex-leader of the lightweight division. And, boy, did Strickland spare no words in his interview with Helen Yee!
"Hey, Belal, you been hiding too much, man. Quit the chatter and let's put an end to this. You lost your belt, got your face bashed up, and so did I. Let's make this fight a reality," Strickland said.
Remember when Muhammad talked about moving up to the middleweight division on social media? Well, now's your chance, Belal, Strickland added, "You talk big game, Muhammad. Here's your opportunity, coward. Don't let Palestine down."
Fun fact: Strickland currently doesn't have any noteworthy opponents in the middleweight division, and given that Muhammad just lost to Jack Della Maddalena, a comeback could be just what he needs. Strickland, however, lost his belt in a rematch with Dricus du Plessis last winter.
Now, while there's no official word from the UFC on whether this fight's gonna happen, the verbal exchange between these two tough guys has got everyone buzzing. Could this finally lead to a showdown in the Octagon between Strickland and Muhammad? Only time will tell!
