Russian forces have attacked the city of Kostjantyniwka in the Donetsk Oblast, causing civilian injuries. Serhii Horbunov, head of the military administration of the city, updated the situation on Facebook. "This morning, the enemy fired five rockets from a multiple rocket launcher system of the Smerch type. A civilian was injured and house facades, gas pipelines, and power lines were damaged in the attack," Horbunov said.
Russian troops dropped a bomb of the FAB-250 type on Kostjantyniwka, damaging houses and an infrastructure facility. In a third attack, Russian occupation troops used a Molniya-2 combat bomb, damaging a multi-story building.
These attacks are part of ongoing Russian military operations to seize cities and gain strategic positions in Ukraine.
