Stray Kids' I.N donates $68K to cancer patients on his birthday
Stray Kids member I.N has made another large donation to support cancer patients in South Korea. On his birthday, he gave 100 million won (around $68,300) to the National Cancer Center. This follows his previous contributions to children's cancer treatment last year.
The latest donation will help cover medical costs for low-income cancer patients. It will also fund psychological care for young patients battling the disease. I.N's generosity comes after his 2023 donation to Samsung Medical Center in Gangnam, where he paid for treatment for children with cancer.
In 2024, he became the youngest member of the Green Noble Club after donating over 100 million won to ChorogUsan. Records show few other celebrities have made similar large donations to cancer centers in the past two years. Singer IU's 2 billion KRW gift to Asan Medical Center in January 2024 remains the most substantial publicly known contribution.
I.N's repeated donations highlight his ongoing support for cancer patients in need. The funds will directly assist underprivileged individuals and improve access to medical and psychological care. His contributions stand out among public figures in South Korea's recent philanthropic efforts.
