Berlin/Kaiserslautern - After a single, unproductive season with 1. FC Union Berlin, Ivan Prtajin is swapping the Bundesliga for the 2. Bundesliga, signing with 1. FC Kaiserslautern. The Croatian star's departure was announced by the Union Berlin management.

FC Kaiserslautern, currently a 2. Bundesliga contender, has presented him with a new contract that extends till 2028. The agreement offers him promising ground to restart his career and capitalize on his previous fruitful scoring streak at Wehen Wiesbaden, where he tallied 28 goals across 58 matches [1][4].

Despite his lack of success and limited appearances with Union Berlin, Ivan Prtajin's football journey continues as he joins European-leagues, signing with 1. FC Kaiserslautern.
