Unpredictable weather has caused significant damage across Vitebsk and Minsk regions. Strong winds and heavy snowfall have left a trail of destruction, with no signs of human intervention.

The storm began on Sunday, with an orange alert issued due to powerful gusts. In Kruglany district, a calf barn was flattened, leaving animals exposed. The winds were so strong that they even blew off roofs from high-rise buildings in Krupa. The damage was not limited to these areas; multiple locations across both regions reported destruction.

As the day turned to evening, snowfall was recorded in Shchypichy village. The snow was heavy, adding to the chaos caused by the winds. Meteorologists warn that more snow, this time wet, is expected on Monday.

The weather in Vitebsk and Minsk regions has been tumultuous, with strong winds and heavy snowfall causing extensive damage. Authorities have not attributed the destruction to any person or institution, as weather damage is a natural occurrence. Residents are advised to stay vigilant and take necessary precautions as more snow is expected.
