Stitcher Needs to Hinder Mariners' Offensive Struggles

Football's Heatin' Up: Mariners Square Off Against the Red Sox, 1:35 ET
Y'know what? Yesterday, I missed a golden opportunity to score a 2-0 win streak by the whisker. The Phillies damn near pulled off a victory in extra innings, but they ended up falling short, dashing my dreams of a streak. It's all good though, 'cause we still made some cash with the Reds beating the Marlins. Alright, let's discuss some baseball action - it's time for the Mariners to take on the Red Sox.
I've got this uncanny knack for dwelling on the Mariners' history. Back in the day, their roster boasted legends like Randy Johnson, Ken Griffey Jr., Alex Rodriguez, and Edgar Martinez. These guys were some of the best in the business, but they failed to reap the rewards. Meh, you win some, you lose some. Now, I can't shake off this feeling that they're on another losing streak. They've got an awesome rotation, but the offense was lackluster last season, and if that trend continues, well, they'll be in the same boat. Moving on to today's pitching battle - the Mariners will be sending out Bryan Woo to the mound. Woo's statistics are pretty respectable - he's 2-1 with a 3.12 ERA and a 1.04 WHIP. And, as a bonus, he might have the upper hand against the Red Sox, who have only managed two hits in eight at-bats against him.

Red Sox had their share of ups and downs, but they've been trying to claw their way back to the postseason. Last season, they had an offense that could've led them to success, but their pitching staff wasn't up to par. They addressed that issue in the offseason and also aimed to strengthen their defense and offense with the addition of Alex Bregman. The pitcher they added to their rotation is today's starter, Garrett Crochet. Crochet has been a hit so far, boasting a 2-1 record, a 1.13 ERA, and a 0.91 WHIP. I gotta admit, I had my doubts about him, but he's been knocking 'em dead.
The Mariners might not be an offensive powerhouse this year, but the Red Sox are a solid team, so they should win this match. However, I'm not keen on the run line, and the moneyline's too high for my taste. So, I'll be betting on the Mariners team total under for this game. I'm also leaning towards the full game going under.
