The State Garden Show in Wangen, Allgäu is gearing up with construction progressing nicely, according to a town spokesperson. Last week, over 60,000 flower bulbs were planted, including vibrant tulips. The event is expected to attract half a million visitors between April 26 and October 6, thrilling nearby retailers and restaurants.

The flower extravaganza will cover 3,500 square meters with ten show gardens and twelve colorful flower shows. With a footprint of 40 hectares, that's more than 50 soccer pitches! Make sure to mark August 11 in your calendar, as Italian entertainer and singer Giovanni Zarella takes the stage.

Upcoming plans include building a wooden viewing platform and constructing new bridges and bike paths. The organizers are optimistic that all construction will be completed on time.
