Staryh withdraws from Top Dog 36 bout against Magomedov
Scrapped BattleVitaly Starikh, the hotshot contender in the light heavyweight division, is out of the title face-off against Magomed Magomedov at Top Dog 36. In an Instagram post, Starikh disclosed a deep-seated injury that renders further training impossible. The injury has left him limping and he'll be taking a short hiatus from combat sports.
In his video update, he showcased his injured leg and shared his struggle with mobility. This isn't the first time Starikh has pulled out of a fight due to health reasons. Top Dog 36 is slated for May 10th in St. Petersburg.
