Stability prevails in Andalusia, as per Antonio Sanz, eliminating any indication of impending early elections.

In the political landscape of Andalusia, Spanish politician Antonio Sanz has emerged as a significant figure, serving as the advisor for the Presidency, Interior, Social Dialogue, and Administrative Simplification. Sanz, a member of the People's Party of Andalusia (PP-A), also holds the position of President of the Digital Agency of Andalusia.

Sanz's political views align with the PP-A's stance, which is generally in opposition to the ruling Spanish Socialist Workers' Party of Andalusia (PSOE-A) and its national leader, Pedro Sánchez. The PP-A has historically criticised the policies and governance of PSOE-A in Andalusia, and Sanz's active involvement in national management alongside PP national leaders suggests an active role in strengthening the PP's presence and strategic action in Andalusia and beyond.

The upcoming Andalusian elections, scheduled for June 2026, do not seem to be on the horizon for an early vote. Despite this, Sanz has been vocal in his criticism of María Jesús Montero, the vice-president of the government and leader of the Andalusian socialists. Sanz accuses Montero of having a "present history" as a member of the central government that was "most treacherous and damaging to Andalusia." He also mentions her involvement in the ERE case, a significant corruption scandal in Andalusia.

Sanz believes that the stability guaranteed by the absolute majority government of the PP in Andalusia, led by President Juanma Moreno, is the reason for the region's economic achievements. He attributes the economic progress of Andalusia to record figures in job creation, foreign investment, industrial growth, digital transformation, reduction of bureaucracy, and the number of self-employed people.

The Juanma Moreno government is trusted to bring political stability and security to Andalusia. Sanz considers Moreno an "electoral attraction" for the "moderate left." However, he believes that Montero, the PSOE-A's candidate for the Presidency of the Junta, will not be president of Andalusia due to her association with the controversies mentioned above.

Sanz also refers to "prostitution scandals" in the context of the 'Koldo case' as an embarrassment to the left, especially to the women of the PSOE. He believes that political science and logic are incompatible with Pedro Sánchez, the president of the Spanish government and secretary general of the PSOE.

Recently, Juanma Moreno suggested that if the general elections are brought forward and are "very close" to June, there could be an electoral coincidence, causing the Andalusians to vote twice in a short period. Sanz claims that Pedro Sánchez and María Jesús Montero have lost touch with the people and no longer mobilise the left. Citizens, tired of the brawl, conflict, and corruption that comes from the government of Pedro Sánchez, seem to agree with Sanz's sentiments.

In summary, Antonio Sanz is a leading PP-A politician in Andalusia, involved in regional governance and national party strategy, holding views consistent with the PP-A’s opposition to the PSOE-A and Pedro Sánchez’s leadership. His influence in shaping Andalusian administration, as the advisor for key government departments, is evident in the region's economic achievements under Juanma Moreno's government.
