SSV Jahn Regensburg transfers Adrian Fein, midfielder, to their roster.
German Midfielder Adrian Fein Returns to SSV Jahn Regensburg
Adrian Fein, a talented midfielder known for his ball control and knack for creating chances, has returned to SSV Jahn Regensburg after a brief stint with SV Waldhof Mannheim. The 25-year-old, who was born in Munich and honed his skills in Bayern Munich's academy, is set to strengthen Jahn's central midfield.
Fein's first loan spell with Jahn Regensburg in the 2018/19 season saw him feature in 21 second-tier games. His impressive performance during that time has not been forgotten, and the club's sporting director, Achim Beierlorzer, expressed his delight at the signing.
Before his loan spell at Jahn Regensburg, Fein played for Bayern Munich's second team in the 2017/18 season. However, he was unable to secure a place in the first team and moved to SC Verl in January 2024, followed by a stint with Excelsior Rotterdam in summer 2022.
Most recently, Fein played for SV Waldhof Mannheim in the third tier, appearing in 21 games before becoming a free agent. His return to Jahn Regensburg is expected to provide a boost to the team, as both parties have agreed to a contract until June 30, 2026.
Jahn Regensburg is confident that Fein will quickly adapt and reach his full performance level in this familiar environment. His qualities, which were evident during his training sessions last week, are well-known to the club from his time on loan.
Fein's journey through various teams has not deterred him, and he is eager to contribute to Jahn Regensburg's success. With his return, fans can look forward to watching a skilled midfielder who promises to add depth and creativity to the team.
