At 44, it seems that even Macaulay Culkin – better known for outmaneuvering burglars in "Home Alone" – still couldn't maneuver a car. But all that is set to change, as his partner, Brenda Song, has taken on the role of driving instructor.
On "The Jennifer Hudson Show," Song, currently promoting her series "Running Point," delved into what she still needs to teach Culkin – beyond the art of ironing shirts. This time, it's the simple act of mastering the driver's seat.
" Macaulay is an extraordinary individual and the world's most renowned child actor," Song confided. "He spent his childhood in hotels, so he'd never really done laundry before. I was astounded." In contrast, Song has been doing laundry since her tenth birthday, helping her mother out.
"Teaching him laundry was already a laugh-outs," Song quips. "But the bigger challenge was that he couldn't drive. So, I gave him a driving lesson. We ventured out into our neighborhood... I must admit, I was shaking in my boots, seeing a 44-year-old behind the wheel for the first time. I should've hired a professional for this!"

According to Song's recent interview with People magazine, she desires a regular childhood for their children, Dakota and Carson. "I want my kids to pursue their passions without the spotlight," she says. "I just want them to enjoy their anonymity. They didn't sign up for us to be their parents." She believes that the decision to be in the public eye should be the children's choice.
The pair, who met on the set of "Changeland" in 2019, welcomed their first child in 2021 and their second in 2022. Their engagement was announced in 2022.
