In a heartwarming turn of events, captain extraordinaire, Andreas Geipl, will be sailing the seas of the 3. Liga with SSV Jahn Regensburg for another season. This 33-year-old midfield terror has already secured his place in the team for another year, thanks to an automatic contract extension a few weeks ago. Hence, Andi Geipl is all set to embark on his ninth season as a player for the legendary SSV Jahn Regensburg.
Andi Geipl has already clocked a whopping 222 official matches for the Jahn gang over the past eight seasons.
