Sportradar, Kaizen Gaming, and FanDuel are highlighted at the SBC Awards Americas ceremony
Unleashing the Stars of the iGaming and Sports Betting World: SBC Awards Americas 2025
The much-anticipated winners of the SBC Awards Americas 2025, held at Pier Sixty Six in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, on May 14, 2025, are finally out! This notable event brought together North and Latin America's iGaming and sports betting industries, shining a well-deserved spotlight on the game-changers among operators, affiliates, suppliers, and individuals.
Renowned Mexican sports journalist and TV personality Inés Sainz hosted the event, where over 35 accolades were bestowed upon 600 industry representatives. SBC CEO and Founder Rasmus Sojmark congratulated the winners, praising the event's significance:
"We launched SBC Summit Americas with a vision to showcase the industry's phenomenal talent across both continents. The SBC Awards Americas provides the perfect stage to celebrate that talent. In the limelight, FanDuel took home the Sportsbook Operator of North America, while BetMGM consolidated its position as Casino Operator of the Year, North America. Zula Casino was distinguished as Social Gaming Operator of the Year, and FanDuel sealed another win with the Socially Responsible Initiative of the Year award.
Tribal categories also saw their fair share of leaders:
- Coeur d'Alene Casino Resort Hotel took home the Tribal Gaming Operator of the Year award
- Dominic Ortiz, CEO & GM of Potawatomi Casino | Hotel, won the Tribal Leader of the Year
Sportradar was among the companies to grab the spotlight, dominating the sports data and live betting product categories. White Hat Studios secured the Game of the Year distinction, and RubyPlay was chosen for the Women's Empowerment Initiative of the Year.
Kaizen Gaming, however, reaffirmed its status as the regional powerhouse, winning both the Sportsbook Operator of the Year - Latin America and Casino Operator of the Year - Latin America.
Intriguing winners beyond the spotlight include:
- Betsson Group, winner of the Marketing & Sponsorship of the Year award
- Smart Social, awarded the Silver Trophy for Marketing & Services Provider of the Year – Latin America
Stats Perform, meanwhile, was crowned the winner of the Industry Innovation of the Year Award 2025 in Latin America for its Bet LiveStreams platform, recognized for its pioneering features such as contextual Opta Data Overlays, OptaAI insights, Instant Highlights, and integrated betting within the stream.
