Spokesperson for "Tagesschau," Constantin Schreiber, begins a new journey in Tel Aviv, as he transitions from ERR to Springer

German journalist Constantin Schreiber, known for his stint as the anchor of "Tagesschau," departed from the program on Sunday evening. On Monday, it was announced that he will be joining Axel Springer's Global Reporters Network, effectively starting a new chapter in his career. Schreiber, age 45, will be stationed in Tel Aviv, focusing primarily on reporting from the Middle East region.

Schreiber began his journey with ARD-aktuell in 2017, taking on the role of a newsreader. From January 2021, he anchored the main 8 p.m. "Tagesschau" broadcast, a bit of a departure from his prior work in investigative and analytical roles. In his new role at Axel Springer, he will also contribute from New York as part of his network responsibilities.

Sources suggest that Schreiber's role will revolve around extensive reporting from Tel Aviv, with additional contributions from New York, as part of Axel Springer's Global Reporters Network [1][3][5]. Further details about his specific roles and responsibilities are yet to be disclosed.

Following his departure from "Tagesschau," German journalist Constantin Schreiber is expected to delve into the realms of news, entertainment, and celebrity as he joins Axel Springer's Global Reporters Network. While his new job will see him focusing primarily on reporting from the Middle East region in Tel Aviv, sources hint at additional contributions from New York, potentially offering insights into the world of celebrities.
