Spicy Soße

  • 1/2 cup apricot marmalade (120 ml)
  • 2 tbsp Tajine-spice mix
  • 2 tbsp lime juice

Mango Sangria

  • 2 cups chopped ripe mango (300 g)
  • 750 ml Stella Rosa Tropical Mango Liquor
  • 1/2 cup Stella Rosa Tropical Passion Brandy
  • 2 cups mango nectar
  • 2 tsp chili powder
  • 3 tbsp lime juice

Optional garnish:

  • Mango slices sprinkled with Tajine-spice mix
  • Fresh basil leaves

Preparation

  1. Begin by preparing the spicy syrup: Combine apricot marmalade, Tajine-spice mix, and lime juice in a small bowl. Stir thoroughly until well mixed.
  2. Next, it's time to prepare the spicy Mango Sangria: In a large jug, combine chopped mango, Stella Rosa® Tropical Mango Liquor, Stella Rosa® Tropical Passion Brandy, mango nectar, chili powder, and lime juice. Stir well. Allow the mixture to chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour, or up to overnight.
  3. To serve, distribute the spicy syrup along the rims of the glasses and drop a spoonful in the bottom of each glass. Pour the chilled Mango Sangria mixture over the syrup. Garnish with mango slices sprinkled with Tajine-spice mix, if desired, and a few fresh basil leaves. Salute!
