Spicy Soße
- 1/2 cup apricot marmalade (120 ml)
- 2 tbsp Tajine-spice mix
- 2 tbsp lime juice
Mango Sangria
- 2 cups chopped ripe mango (300 g)
- 750 ml Stella Rosa Tropical Mango Liquor
- 1/2 cup Stella Rosa Tropical Passion Brandy
- 2 cups mango nectar
- 2 tsp chili powder
- 3 tbsp lime juice
Optional garnish:
- Mango slices sprinkled with Tajine-spice mix
- Fresh basil leaves

Preparation
- Begin by preparing the spicy syrup: Combine apricot marmalade, Tajine-spice mix, and lime juice in a small bowl. Stir thoroughly until well mixed.
- Next, it's time to prepare the spicy Mango Sangria: In a large jug, combine chopped mango, Stella Rosa® Tropical Mango Liquor, Stella Rosa® Tropical Passion Brandy, mango nectar, chili powder, and lime juice. Stir well. Allow the mixture to chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour, or up to overnight.
- To serve, distribute the spicy syrup along the rims of the glasses and drop a spoonful in the bottom of each glass. Pour the chilled Mango Sangria mixture over the syrup. Garnish with mango slices sprinkled with Tajine-spice mix, if desired, and a few fresh basil leaves. Salute!
