Sparring Sessions yielded knockouts against Oleksandr Usyk and Daniel Dubois for the unnamed individual, yet the ultimate victor in the rematch remains undetermined.
Heavyweight boxer Martin Bakole, born in 1993 in Kananga, Democratic Republic of Congo, anticipates Oleksandr Usyk will triumph over Daniel Dubois in their July 19 rematch at Wembley Stadium. Usyk won their first encounter in 2023, despite a contentious shot by Dubois that was ruled illegal earlier in the bout.
Bakole, who currently stands at 21-2 with 16 knockouts, claims he outmatched both heavyweights in sparring sessions throughout the year. He asserts that Usyk's skillset and expertise make him unbeatable, apart from Bakole himself.
"Usyk is, in my opinion, invincible except for me," Bakole stated. "I believe Deontay Wilder has reached his end. Usyk is a boxing mastermind, a technically sound boxer with exceptional movements. I can't envision anyone stopping him except for me."
The former cruiserweight champion, having learned boxing from his brother, a southpaw, attributes his confidence in Usyk's victory to his ability to cut off the ring, which Dubois struggles with.
"I assumed Usyk would lose to Tyson Fury, but I was taken aback when he defeated him twice," Bakole shared. "Joshua is a formidable opponent, but he lacks the ability to cut the ring. Dubois will persist with his style, but Usyk is superior and will prevail."
Bakole boasts that he would emerge victorious in a bout with both Usyk and Dubois, given their past sparring sessions. However, his prediction is grounded in wisdom, recognizing Usyk's unbeaten streak and his success against heavyweight challengers.
Since transitioning to the heavyweight division, Usyk has been unstoppable, reigning victorious over Derek Chisora, Anthony Joshua twice, and Tyson Fury twice. A win against Dubois would make Usyk a two-time undisputed champion.
Dubois, meanwhile, has improved under the tutelage of trainer Don Charles, claiming an IBF title and besting Joshua in a spectacular knockout victory last September. Confident in his resurgence, Dubois looks forward to settling the score and setting the controversy to rest.
"I have the opportunity to rectify that mistake and put the controversy to rest," Dubois declared. "I'm fired up, and it's going to be a brutal encounter. I'm determined to knock him out."
"Bakole believes that Usyk's skills and ring mastery, demonstrated in their sparring sessions, make him unbeatable, apart from Bakole himself, in the world of boxing, a sport they both compete in."
"In his prediction for the July 19 rematch between Usyk and Dubois, Bakole asserts that Usyk's ability to cut off the ring will be the deciding factor, as it's a skill Dubois often struggles with, making Usyk the likely winner in this sports contest."
