"Space Marine from Warhammer 40,000 Series Receives Long-Awaited Remaster"

Ready to dive back into the gritty, action-packed world of Warhammer 40,000? The beloved Third-Person shooter, Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine, is making a comeback, now optimized for modern gaming!

This isn't just a simple revamp; SneakyBox is giving it a good old-fashioned facelift, dubbing it the "Master Crafted Edition." Vaidas Mikelskas, the producer, describes it as a "thoughtful restoration," aiming to bridge the gap between the game's original glory and a polished experience for a fresh generation of players.

So, what's new? You'll find updated graphics, a sleek, modern UI, and a control scheme tweaked for today's gaming standards. But that's not all! The Orks have received a visual overhaul, aligning them more closely with their current franchise canon. Oh, and more than 100 new voice lines add a fresh layer of immersion to the game.

Originally developed by Relic Entertainment, the first Space Marine hit the shelves back in 2011 and received generally positive reviews. Despite plans for two sequels, things didn't quite pan out following THQ's closure. Sega stepped in two years later, acquiring Relic, and re-released the game on PC in 2021. Fast forward to 2024, and Saber Interactive began development on the sequel, publishing it to strong reviews. A follow-up is on the horizon!

As for the first Space Marine's sequel, it's Sega that retains the rights. As of now, they haven't announced a PlayStation 5 version of the Master Crafted Edition. If you can't wait to jump back into the boots of a Space Marine, it's playable on PC, Xbox Series X|S, or via Xbox Game Pass on June 10, 2025.

Stay tuned for all the latest news on Marvel, Star Wars, Star Trek, DC Universe, and Doctor Who! It's going to be an epic ride!
