Sophia Thomalla reveals that the TV series "Are You The One?" has initiated filming
The much-anticipated new season of "Are You The One VIP" is set to air on RTL+, with fans eagerly counting down the days until its premiere on August 13th, 2025.
This season of the popular dating reality show, titled "Are You The One? - Reality Stars in Love", promises to be filled with drama and intrigue as a diverse group of reality stars from across Europe search for their Perfect Match.
Hosted by Sophia Thomalla, the contestants include Antonia (25), who appeared on "Germany Shore" in 2022, Ariel (22) from Basel, Switzerland, who was a contestant on "Love Fool" in 2023, and many more.
The 12 women and 11 men participating in the show have all had unsuccessful matches in love and are hoping to find their Perfect Match on this show to share a prize of 200,000 Euros if all couples are correctly matched.
Among the men, fans will recognise names such as Xander, Olli, Rob, Nico, Jonny, Kevin, Lennert, Sidar, Calvin Ogara, Calvin Steiner, and Leandro Fünfsinn. Joining the dating reality scene late is Jimi Blue Ochsenknecht, known from "Villa der Versuchung".
The women contestants include Beverly, Nelly, Elli, Joanna, Sandra Janina, Henna, Viktoria Miller, and Viki. Fans may remember Beverly from "Ex on the Beach" in 2023, while Elli, Joanna, and Viktoria Miller appeared on "Are You The One?" in 2022, 2024, and 2025 respectively.
