"The Ochsenknechts Reboot": The Return of the Lost Son

  • *

- Son's Comeback After Years of Absence

It's twenty-fifteen hundred hours on the twenty-ninth of February, 2025. As a foreboding melody rings out, the Ochsenknecht clan anxiously awaits the return of the prodigal son. "Jimi might show up any secondnow," says matriarch Natascha (60). He was supposed to be here by fourteen hundred. The fourth season of "The Ochsenknechts" (debuting March 25, 2025 on Sky and Wow) begins with the biggest change: Jimi Blue Ochsenknecht (33) reenters the family nest.

In the third season of the docu-soap, Jimi was noticeably absent. His kin blamed his then-girlfriend, Laura-Marie Geissler (26), for his estrangement. But now that the race car driver and Ochsenknecht heir have parted ways, there's nothing impeding his reunion with the family.

"I doubt his intentions"

But not everything is smooth sailing yet. Cheyenne Ochsenknecht (24) reveals her skepticism, stating she "wouldn't holiday with him." She suspects that Jimi might be using the reunion as a publicity stunt to repair his tarnished image.

Jimi Blue also appears cautious during a solo interview. He anticipates that things with his mother may be difficult. "I expected more from an adult," he says about the rift with his mom.

Stroke Scare for Natascha Ochsenknecht

Before any confrontation takes place, the first episode of season four flashes back to May 2024. Natascha Ochsenknecht heads to the Charité clinic in Berlin with family manager Binh Nguyen. She believes she's experiencing a stroke. She feels like someone is standing on her upper lip. Her eldest son, Wilson Gonzalez (34), noticed during a video call that her face was drooping.

Natascha Ochsenknecht walks into the hospital, ready to face what she refers to as "the walk to the guillotine." But the doctors give her the all-clear. It appears to be just a nerve disorder, likely triggered by a lingering lung infection.

Cheyenne Ochsenknecht: Dairy Farms and Unsolicited Advances

The lung infection flared up when Natascha Ochsenknecht was caring for her grandchildren in Austria. Her daughter Cheyenne lives there with husband Nino Sifkovits on a farm. When grandma's not around, Cheyenne and Nino look after daughter Mavie (2021) and son Matteo (2023) on their own, in addition to running the farm.

To the surprise of many viewers, they don't have a farm staff. Cheyenne occasionally receives hate mail from offended "Dinkel-Uschis." She also deals with male stalkers sending unwanted explicit images.

Her job as an influencer sometimes slips, but she flies with manager Binh Nguyen from the farm to an essential meeting in Berlin. At the Fashion Week, she debuts her first fashion collection.

Wilson Gonzalez Ochsenknecht Becomes a Father for the First Time

A novelty in the fourth season: Wilson Gonzalez reveals the camera crew, and thus the audience, his apartment for the very first time, where he resides with his private girlfriend. Then the actor shocks the viewers with the announcement: He's going to be a father for the first time.

Of course, this news has been circulating in the media since the recording of the new episodes up until the broadcast of the latest episodes. His sister Cheyenne also confirmed the rumor during an interview at Fashion Week, impulsively motivated. Otherwise, Wilson Gonzalez takes us behind the scenes in season four with his new series "Spaeti," where he not only stars but actively contributes to the production.

Where is Jimi Blue?

And where is Jimi Blue Ochsenknecht? He doesn't appear in the first episode, but he features prominently in the following seven episodes of the season. Flashbacks provide insights into what he's been up to over the past few years, culminating in his reunification with his family. It's safe to say that his return will be emotional, as evidenced in the preview where Jimi Blue sheds a few tears.

The eight episodes of the fourth season of "The Ochsenknechts" air every Tuesday at twenty-one hundred and fifteen CET, starting March 25th. It'll be available on Sky One and the in-house streaming service Wow simultaneously from the same date.
