The German Social Welfare Association (SoVD) points out that many individuals encounter obstacles when seeking help, as stated in their annual report titled "Schwarzbuch sozial" presented on Wednesday (11 a.m.). This occurs frequently in their 50 SoVD advice centers across the nation.
In day-to-day counseling sessions, SoVD members encounter challenges in gaining recognition of diagnoses and care degrees, securing aid and treatment approvals, and obtaining coverage for care costs. For instance, a hearing-impaired trainer waited five long years to receive her urgently needed hearing aid for her job.
