Snowy crash in Bielefeld leaves Toyota Aygo wrecked and Mercedes driver injured
A two-car collision took place on a snowy evening in Bielefeld. The crash involved a 26-year-old driver who lost control of his Toyota Aygo. The accident happened at around 6:25 p.m. at the junction of Pödinghauser Straße and Eickumer Straße. The Toyota Aygo, no longer drivable after the impact, had to be towed from the scene. Emergency responders treated the 45-year-old Mercedes driver for minor injuries before he was released. The Toyota Aygo was removed from the scene after the collision. The Mercedes driver received treatment but did not require hospitalisation. Police continue to emphasise caution and proper vehicle preparation during winter weather.
