Snowbound ambulance in Biysk rescued by emergency teams’ swift action

An ambulance in Biysk became trapped in heavy snow while rushing to a patient on 2nd Hospital Ascent. The incident triggered a swift response from emergency teams to ensure the patient still received care.

The stranded vehicle carried paramedic Alexey Petrov, who quickly contacted the senior physician. A second medical team was sent out immediately to take over the patient’s treatment.

Police officers, emergency responders, and road service workers arrived at the scene. Together, they spent 40 minutes digging and freeing the ambulance from the deep snowdrift.

Once the vehicle was cleared, the patient was safely transported to a nearby medical facility. All necessary treatment was provided without further delay.

The combined efforts of multiple emergency teams resolved the situation efficiently. The patient reached hospital care on time, and the ambulance resumed normal operations after being freed.
