Unfortunately for them, the game didn't end on a high note as they suffered a decisive 4-10 loss against TSV Germania Lamme.

The audience at VfB witnessed two starkly different halves. "We controlled the game for 40 minutes, executed everything we planned," explained Peine's coach Mehmet Yasti. However, the tide turned just before half-time, with Lamme scoring a double to lead momentarily after the restart. "We then made some significant changes, players had to play in unconventional roles," said Yasti. The team's structure unraveled, and TSV capitalized, increasing the score.
And it wasn't just the guests who received gifts, but Yasti as well, who bid farewell to VfB Peine as their coach. He was given a heartfelt send-off before the game. "It was truly heartwarming," said the departing coach, who now has more time to focus on other essential matters.
Bye-Bye Coaches: A Time for Change
Gross Lafferde, on the other hand, celebrated a 3-0 win against VfB RW Braunschweig, ensuring they secured a spot in the Harke Cup qualifying round against SV Lengede. "I told the guys they had to approach this game with the same gravity as the first 29 games. They managed it, phase by phase, in the first half, and completely in the second," explained Teutonia interim coach Olaf Pickhardt.
Meanwhile, TSV RW Schwicheldt capped off their successful tenure with a 4-2 victory over FC Rautheim as coach Tobias Dreyer bid them farewell.
