On September 19, 2025, Garg was in Singapore to perform at the North East Festival, scheduled for September 20. He was performing alongside another artist in a restaurant video, where he appeared smiling and singing. However, according to reports, Garg felt uncomfortable swimming with his life jacket on and removed it before his second dive.
