Singapore's Passport Tops Global Ranking, US Lags Behind Baltic Republics
Singapore's passport is the world's most powerful, granting visa-free access to 193 countries. Meanwhile, the US passport ranks 12th, offering visa-free travel to 180 countries. Notably, the passports of Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania allow visa-free entry to more countries than the American passport.
Leading the pack is Singapore, with its passport providing unfettered access to every country worldwide. In contrast, the US passport, while robust, falls short by 13 countries.
The Baltic republics, Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania, have made significant strides in passport power. Estonia's passport secures seventh place with 184 visa-free countries, followed by Latvia with 182, and Lithuania with 181. This achievement is largely attributed to the Estonian government's policies.
The Singapore passport maintains its global lead, while the US passport trails slightly. The Baltic republics, particularly Estonia, have strengthened their passports, outpacing the American counterpart. This reflects the Estonian government's successful initiatives in international relations.
