"Sikhs of America Founder Criticizes Justin Trudeau for Perceived Weak Leadership in Favor of Khalistanis"

In a chat from Washington D.C., Jasdip Singh Jesse, head honcho at Sikhs of America, shares his insights on the shifting winds in Canada-India relations and Khalistani extremism.

Speaking plainly to ANI, Jesse expressed optimism about the new era under the leadership of Canada's Prime Minister, Justin Trudeau. He pointed out that the strong backing and influence of Khalistanis during Trudeau's tenure will vanish under the current administration.

According to Jesse, Trudeau was a weak Prime Minister with an antagonistic stance towards India, which he believes no longer holds sway. The Khalistani influence, a concern in the past, is now unlikely to reappear.

Jesse commends Canada's invite to Prime Minister Narendra Modi for the G7 Summit, viewing it as a positive step towards strengthening India-Canada ties. He applauds Trudeau for extending the invitation and notes it as a new beginning for the two nations.

On a different note, Jesse voices concerns about Khalistani extremism in the US. He accuses rogue elements, pretending to push for Khalistani independence, of engaging in human trafficking and exploiting immigrants through false promises of political asylum. Jesse expects investigations into these cases under the current US administration.

Against Khalistani elements who violate Sikh principles, Jesse asserts that they do not merit the title of Sikhs. He calls them a minuscule faction with little impact on the new government.

Jesse encourages unity among Indian communities abroad, regardless of their religious backgrounds. He condemns attacks on places of worship and divisive tactics, reaffirming Sikhs' respect and support for all religions.
