Siberian Rospronadzor selects new leader for its Omsk affiliate

Seasoned in the organ of Rosprirodnadzor since summer 2020, Markin was promoted to first deputy head of the Rosprirodnadzor branch overseeing Saratov and Pensa regions early in 2023.
Let's remind ourselves that the Rosprirodnadzor branch for Omsk region ceased to exist as an independent legal entity back in May 2018. The Siberian branch of Rosprirodnadzor, based legally in Novosibirsk, has yet to be led by an Omsker since then.
