Shouts of anti-constitutional expressions and assaults on bystanders
Yesterday afternoon, a series of unsettling events unfolded in the district of Niederschönhausen, Berlin.
At around 5:50 PM, a physical altercation took place at the corner of Florastraße and Berliner Straße. According to reports, a 26-year-old man was kicked by a 22-year-old suspect in the midst of the event.
Immediately following this incident, there were more seditious outbursts in Grabbeallee, allegedly from the same group involved in the event. The suspect, before boarding a bus on route M1 towards Rosenthal, was reported to have performed a Nazi salute and shouted a seditious slogan.
Law enforcement officers responded promptly to both scenes. They identified the individuals involved in the events, including the suspect, who was aged between 22 and unspecified. A voluntary breathalyzer test on the suspect resulted in a reading of 1.47%.
The search results do not provide the name of the suspect who attacked the 26-year-old man on Wednesday at 17:50 at the corner of Florastraße and Berliner Straße in Niederschönhausen.
After completing police procedures, no further action was taken against the group on the bus. The individuals were allowed to continue their journey.
The further investigations regarding these incidents in Niederschönhausen and Grabbeallee are being led by the State Protection division of the state criminal police. The ages of the individuals involved in the events range from 16 to 54.
It is crucial to note that such incidents of seditious behaviour and physical altercations are not tolerated and are being thoroughly investigated by the authorities.
