The hotel's design, masterfully crafted by Lissoni & Partners, is a harmonious blend of modern luxury and the industrial past. The Shangri-La Shougang Park stands proudly near the Big Air Shougang ski jump, a striking Olympic venue and architectural landmark.
## Strategic Location
The hotel's strategic positioning offers easy access to several Winter Olympics facilities and attractions. It is close to the Big Air Shougang ski jump and within the broader Shougang Park area, which boasts art installations, urban gardens, and modern sculptures. While the Shangri-La Shougang Park does not directly participate in Olympic events, it provides a luxurious stay for visitors to these facilities.
## A Partnership for Excellence
The hotel is a joint venture between the Shougang Group and the Shangri-La Group, two highly regarded companies in their respective fields. The hotel management agreement was signed by Liang Jie, Deputy General Manager of Shougang Group, and Lim Beng Chee, Chief Executive Officer of Shangri-La Group.
