Shocking twist unveiled in sequel to 'Another Simple Favor' by Blake Lively

Emily drowned Faith in a lake and was later imprisoned after her traitorous friend Stephanie Smothers (Anna Kendrick) exposed her secret.

In this sequel, Charity escapes the dusty annals of family history, resurfacing as a product of her aunt Linda's (Allison Janney) sinister scheme. Linda secretly took Charity away at birth and raised her in hidden secrecy.

Jessica Sharzer, a co-writer for Another Simple Favor, spoke about the unforeseen twist regarding Charity, stating that the plotpoint was not part of her original script.
