Notably, this process did not impact the ongoing wagnisSHARE project in Sheridan Park, Augsburg, where the cooperative wagnis eG is developing 46 sustainable wooden residential units, slated for occupancy in early 2026.
Looking ahead, the City of Sheridan Parks Department has plans for November. They intend to erect fencing at the golf course and replace playground equipment in some parks.
