Unholy Affairs and Unlawful Acts in the quaint village of Schechen
Traunstein/Rosenheim (Bavaria) - This little love affair, coupled with a series of questionable activities, has taken a scandalous turn!
Meet Peter B. (altered name, 39), a man from Rosenheim, embroiled in a sordid affair that took place on the sacred altar of a village church near Rosenheim. Now he stands trial!
Beginning Wednesday, the trial against Peter B. ensues at Traunstein District Court, with various charges levied against him, including disturbing religious practice. According to the public prosecutor's office, he allegedly "committed insulting mischief in a place dedicated to the worship of such a religious community."

Initially, the act went undetected. However, his wife, who accused him of domestic violence, eventually exposed the situation. Peter B. is alleged to have inflicted physical harm and threatened to take her life on multiple occasions.
Consequently, the public prosecutor's office charged him with intentional and dangerous bodily harm.
Yet, his transgressions did not end there: Peter B. also found himself embroiled in disputes at the campsite in Schechen, where he had initially been assigned only to perform janitorial duties. When the elderly owners fell ill during the end of 2020 and the beginning of 2021, he took advantage of their absence to rip off unsuspecting campers.
Claimed to be a relative of the campsite owners, he manipulated victims into transferring exorbitant fees for permanent pitches for campers and caravans. In some instances, he swindled tens of thousands of euros for dilapidated vehicles worth no more than a few thousand. The total damage amounted to almost 350,000 euros!
As police officers apprehended Peter B. in the autumn of 2022 and seized his mobile device, they uncovered further evidence of his misconduct. The discovery of the sex scandal in the village church served as additional proof, leading to charges against his wife as well.
In mid-December, a verdict must be reached as his defense attorneys, the esteemed lawyer Dr. Markus Frank of Rosenheim and renowned Munich lawyer Maximilian Pauls, prudently refrain from comment.
