Seville Fines and Suspends Tables at Establishments Over Licensing Violations
Seville's City Council has taken action against several establishments in Los Angeles for violating table licensing regulations. The move comes after the Executive Committee's measures in July 2025. Some restaurants have been fined, while others have had their tables suspended.
La Malinche Taquería on Calle José Luis Luque has been ordered to adapt its table count to align with its license. Meanwhile, Bar Rufina on Calle Arroyo in the Santa Justa area has been told to immediately halt the use of unlicensed tables and remove them.
In the capital, more than a dozen tables have been suspended for either lacking a license or exceeding their permitted limit. Plaza del Duque number 6 and La Gorda de los Jardines on Paseo Catalina de Ribera are among those affected, both required to comply with their license restrictions.
Bar La Sacristía on Calle Mateos Gago and Calle Alemanes number 21 have also had their tables suspended due to non-compliance. Chalá on Plaza Puerta Real has been included in the list for exceeding its limit.
Café Sanat Cruz on Plaza de la Alianza has been fined €1,000 for not adhering to the measures set by the Executive Commission in July 2025. La Moderna on the same street has also had its tables suspended for similar violations.
The City Council's actions aim to ensure all establishments adhere to licensing regulations, maintaining safety and fairness in the city's hospitality sector. Further details on specific fines or suspensions are awaited.
