The expert says the peak of the storm will occur between 7 PM and 9 PM, but it'll start rainin' and thunderin' earlier in the afternoon.
And prepare yourself for some real monstrous hailstones – up to five centimeters in diameter and localized heavy rain of up to 30 liters per square meter – ain't things exciting! Winds of around 50 to 60 kilometers per hour are also expected in Alpine föhn valleys, but they should quickly calm down by Thursday night. The weather forecast for Thursday predicts rain throughout Bavaria, but only scattered thunderstorms.
