Severe storms to strike overnight with damaging winds and possible tornadoes
A line of storms is expected to move through the area Thursday night into early Friday morning.
Some of the storms could become severe, with damaging winds the primary threat and isolated tornadoes the secondary threat.
The most likely timing of the strongest storms will be from 10 pm to 5 am.
Some isolated storms are possible Thursday evening prior to the main line moving through Thursday night, but a capping inversion may help to limit the coverage.
