In the ongoing Beach Volleyball European Championships in Düsseldorf, seven German duos have managed to secure their place in the Round of 16. Among these, the defending champions, Svenja Müller and Cinja Tillmann, have directly advanced to this round.
Müller and Tillmann, who are the current title holders, have shown their prowess once again by winning their second preliminary round match against the Polish pair Malgorzata Ciezkowska/Urszula Lunio. The reigning champions triumphed in two sets, with scores of 21:16 and 23:21.
