September 13th and 14th: Outdoor inauguration of the Heinz-Hilpert theatre at the Lünsche Fairgrounds
Luenen Fair kicks off with a bang on September 13-14, 2025
Get ready for an exciting weekend as the Luenen Fair prepares to open its doors for two days of entertainment on September 13 and 14, 2025. The events will take place in the heart of the fair, with all performances held outdoors under the open sky.
The opening events will be held on the Kulturbuhne stage at Tobiaspark in Luenen. On Saturday, September 13, admission to all events is free of charge. The day will be filled with a variety of performances, including music, theater, comedy, dance, and drag shows.
At 1:00 PM, children can join the Children's Dance Action by Dance School Falk. At 2:00 PM, the Marchenbühne Dortmund presents "The Magician Pfiffikus and the Adventure Journey" Children's Puppet Theater.
In the evening, Tosho Todorovic, a renowned musician known for his approach to blues music, will perform with his band at the Heinz Hilpert Theater. At 7:00 PM, Germany's most successful blues band, Blues Company, will take the stage.
On Sunday, September 14, the program continues with the Heinz Hilpert Theater Luenen's season opening at Tobiaspark. At 3:00 PM, the Kulisse Studio-Buhne e. V. presents a lively excerpt from their revue of the golden 20s. At 3:30 PM, the highlight of the "Festival Young Theater Luenen" takes place: Mixed Slam: Word Meets Movement.
At 5:00 PM, Duo Mimikri will perform "Tasty Biscuits", a German-French visual comedy show. At 9:45 PM, a tribute show, Alex im Westerland, featuring the best songs from Die Arzte and Die Toten Hosen, will close the weekend's events.
