Senators score big for charity with every powerplay goal this season

The Ottawa Senators have teamed up with Meal Prep Ottawa to help local families in need. The partnership will see donations made to Ronald McDonald House every time the team scores a powerplay goal. Fans can also support the cause by ordering from a special Senators-themed menu.

Meal Prep Ottawa, the city’s largest locally-owned meal delivery service, was founded in 2018 by Denis Analytis. The company serves Ottawa and nearby areas, including parts of Gatineau and Hull, with pickup and delivery options.

As part of the new partnership, 20% of proceeds from the Senators Menu Lineup will go to Ronald McDonald House after each Senators powerplay goal. The menu includes four meal options designed to boost performance, recovery, and game-day energy. The Ottawa Senators Community Foundation will match every donation, doubling the support for families.

The initiative runs through the Ottawa Senators Community Assist program. Each powerplay goal will trigger donations from the special menu’s sales. The matched funds will provide extra help to families staying at Ronald McDonald House.
