Diddy, AKA Sean Combs, is under fire once again, this time facing sexual assault accusations from a new accuser who was allegedly a minor at the time of the incident. The claims were filed in a lawsuit reported by CNN on a recent Wednesday. Harvey Pierre, a former Bad Boy Entertainment president, and Harve Pierre, along with another unnamed assailant, are implicated in the lawsuit.
Speaking out against the defamatory claims, Combs declared, "Enough is enough. I've watched silently as people have tried to assassinate my character, tarnish my reputation, and destroy my legacy. Some of the outrageous allegations made against me by those seeking a quick payday. Let me be clear: I have not committed any of the heinous acts for which I am accused. I will fight for my name, my family, and the truth."
CNN reached out to Bad Boy Entertainment for comment on the accusations against Pierre.
The lawsuit, filed under the pseudonym Jane Doe, alleges that the alleged assault occurred in 2003 when she was 17 years old. The case was filed at the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York.
"As the complaint in the indictment alleges, the defendants engaged in sex trafficking as part of a program to exploit a vulnerable high school teenage girl by supplying her with drugs and alcohol and transporting her on a private jet to New York City, where she was raped three times at a studio," said Douglas H. Wigdor, co-founder of Wigdor LLP, in a statement to CNN. "It’s no surprise that these abominable and morally-depraved acts have caught our attention. The client bears permanent scars."
