In an unfortunate incident that took place at the railway underpass on Anton-Kayser-Straße, an 18-year-old woman was pushing a baby stroller. According to reports, she collided with a male e-scooter rider, whose description includes a green t-shirt, dark hair, tanned skin, glasses, a bike helmet, and approximately 40-45 years old, standing at around 180-185 cm tall.

The e-scooter rider, who did not provide any personal information before fleeing the scene, shouted "I don't have time!" and left the area following the collision. The police have not yet identified this individual, and are currently seeking witnesses who may have observed the accident and can provide information about the incident and the fleeing rider.

Two bystanders, a man and a woman, helped the 18-year-old woman and her baby after the incident. The police have also asked these individuals to contact them. As of now, the condition of the woman and her baby following the incident has not been released by the authorities.
